Hearing test keeps stopping stating it is unable to classify due to background noise. The only noise is me breathing! I've tried four times now and can't get through one ear without the test stopping at 75% finished.

Same....I've taken it maybe 6 times now and keep getting unable to classify. Giving up as there must be a bug or something.

How did you import the audiogram?
It has to be a bug. I’ve tried numerous times in total silence. I suspect or hope next rev of software fixes
I have the same issue with the hearing test my left ear never finishes the test. I had my younger daughter try it and it worked for her no problem.
The hearing test feature was the main reason I bought this item. After at least 10 failed attempts, I’m returning this item. I don’t have time for this nonsense.

same here. very quiet environment and I have tried four times. Perhaps they rushed this to market before adequately testing.
Thanks for the suggestion using the iPad. It worked for me.
Rebooting cleared the way to the finish.
Same problem with Air Pod2 Pro ... can't pass hearing test, too much background noise, tried several times, must be bug.
Apple is not listening. Apple does not read this. This is a community forum. If you want Apple to listen, you need to either call them, or go to their feedback page and enter the issue there.
