Why does iTunes regularly & randomly lock while listening to my music library on my Dell laptop? I have to restart my laptop to re-initiate iTunes.

Dell laptop running latest Windows 11 & iTunes updates.

I have had the same problem. Even after changing computers, reinstalling the iTunes software. Every time I purchase anything at the iTunes Store it locks up and have to reboot. Seems to have started after an update from Windows 11 about 6-8 months ago. Not sure it there's a connection but nothing I have done solves the issue. I have concluded that there is some incompatibility between Windows 11 and the iTunes software. Someone needs to check this out because if it's happening to us it must be happening to a lot of people. Very frustrating.
