I update to Word 16.90.2. and running OS 15.1 . Now i can't make new documents or edit any of my documents that I made in the past. My documents also have a blue dot in front of the words that start in a sentence. I tried to go to "get info" and I don't see that option anymore. All my documents were set to read & write. How do I fix it?

Well someone tell me an alternative to using Microsoft Word? I've been waiting on an agent in Microsoft chat for 2 hours and no one has responded. I tried to change my credit card to buy a new version of Microsoft Office 365. And the page to change my credit card won't let me do that either.
I changed to Apple Pages. Don't need any help with answer anymore
All my word documents are locked suddenly.
