Hi. I'm about to purchase an inexpensive second monitor for my iMAC M1 24 inch from Dell, model S2425HS and I can't find any info about MAC OS compatibility on the DELL site. Anyone know if currently marketed DELL monitors such as this one aren't compatible? Thanks.

Monitors are rarely OS specific. Their use is not dependent upon which operating system one uses, but that it gets a proper video signal in the proper format to the proper input port.
This Dell monitor has two standard HDMI input ports and supports up to 1920 x 1080 resolution at 100Hz.
Your iMac supports HDMI video output at the Thunderbolt ports with an adapter.
