How do I connect Beats Solo 4 to a Samsung TV?
I have now tried several times to connect my new Beats Solo 4 to two different Samsung TV’s without success. I follow all of the prompts on the tv and get a successful connection message yet there is no sound and a repeating message on the tv that asks if I want to connect to the Beats Solo 4. When I choose “yes” I get a “cannot connect to Beats Solo 4, please check the device”. I have tried resetting the headset and get the same results. The headset will connect to my iPhone and perform as expected. What next?
