iMac Software update stuck on macOS Catalina 10.15.7

The updates for my iMac do not work. The software update keep searching for updates but not finding them. If I look new macOS versions in the app-store and try to "get" them it just returns to my software update screen looking for updates. I already restarted in safe mode and already reset NVRAM.

I am working on iMac Retina 5, 27 inch, 2019 - current version Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7.

What should I do? And which update should I install?

Please restart in Safe Mode with the keyboard attached to the computer using the charging cable that came with it. Then attempt to update the computer.

Do you have any of the following third party apps installed on your Mac? This is critical because if you do that is likely the cause of your problem!

       •      Antivirus Apps

       •      Cleaning Apps

       •      Security Apps

       •      VPN Apps

       •      Maintenance Apps
