I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance regarding an Otterbox case I purchased at the Apple Store in Los Angeles Theater 15 days ago. Unfortunately, after less than 48 hours of use, the MagSafe magnets detached, rendering the case defective.
As I am currently in Uruguay and unable to visit the store where I made the purchase, I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with a replacement or refund. Could you please advise on the best course of action and how I can resolve this issue remotely?
