Windows Move and Resize Up and Down shortcut collide with Chrome shortcut

Recently, I’ve noticed that the fn + control + up/down arrow shortcut in Chrome is now used for web tab navigation, overriding the Windows default shortcut for moving and resizing windows up and down. Is there a way to prevent Chrome from taking over this keyboard shortcut or customize it so that I can use the Windows functionality without interference?
