Broken Logitech Rugged Combo Touch 4 After Couple Months

Hi Apple Community my school district has provided me an iPad 10th Generation and the iPad is amazing I love it but the reason I am here is because of the case/keyboard that they gave me with the iPad in late guest when I came into the school district. But now after 3 months this case is just breaking apart. Last period one of the pieces at the bottom just broke off. I asked the help desk and they said that they can replace the case for free. But I want to know why is it breaking off after just maybe typing a little hard. I honestly want to school district to use the folio it is much better quality and less expensive to rather maybe since I am in 6th Grade maybe I might be using this iPad for the rest of my time with the school district and it might be every year it breaks meaning rather then getting 6 rugged combo’s just get 1 folio okay it is expensive but it can last for eternity. But this is not the first time that I saw a case out of the blue breaking a piece out of no where. I have the trouble easy but the one person had the keyboard just break off. Yeah it is shocking that older students in the district just last month got the iPad 10th Generation with this new case all of the people I know had never had the issue with the iPad which never happens with any iPad endless you are the problem but all of them did not want to pay $130 for the Logitech case its silly and stupid. But the school is giving me an case as a replacement but I want to know why is the case breaking out if nowhere.
