Writing words in all caps on pages W/ Apple Pencil

I was attempting to write a word like 'HOME' on pages and it kept "correcting" it back to 'home' I looked on the guides on here. One person said to write a word larger than average, that did not work for me, I made mine almost 2 inches long and it still changed it back to lowercase.

Another post asks a very similar question to mine but instead of a solution they are only linked this page which while helpful, it does not provide any solution to the actual question Do more with Apple Pencil - Apple Support, there are some other redirecting links that provide more granular look into the features. The feature that I am using is Scribble found here:Enter text with Scribble on iPad - Apple Support.

Neither of the aforementioned links have information regarding how to capitalize an entire word on the pages app. Is this not a feature?
