remove an filmare lock from a 2017 Imac 27 inch

I did not install the

lock so no password

Is this a used iMac that you just purchased...?


If yes, you need to return the iMac to the original owner and have them properly prepare the iMac for resale.

If you have had this iMac sence it was new and Firmware has somehow become locked.
