How to manage higher interest rates in Apple Card?

It’s very hard to make any headway on my bill with nearly $100 interest charge that don’t go towards my bill. It may be convenient but it’s surely not worth it! Pray I can get this count settled so I can break away for Apple

Your Apple account has no interest. It is not a credit account, it cannot generate interest on anything.

If you mean an Apple [Credit] Card, then interest should only apply if you were late on payments.

If you were, then you should have known this was going to happen.

For that amount of interest, it looks like you have been consistently late or not paying enough to cover the minimum amount due and avoid interest rates.

You can't stop paying or being consistently late and expect low or now interest rates.

Every other credit card has interest rates similar or higher than Apple Card if you stop paying them or are consistently late with payments.

If you mean something else, then please clarify what you are referring to.

Sounds like you’ve amassed a loan/debit of about $5000 on your account. Yes, credit cards charge fairly high interest rates, but that’s avoidable if you pay your statement balance every month by the due date (last day of month).

Consider getting a conventional loan from a lender (typically a bank). Interest rates for those with Good credit scores generally are around 10 to 12%. Higher if your credit score is Fair. A second job such as driving for Lyft or Uber fits many people’s schedules and lifestyle. Good luck.
