I just finished the update and it requires me to “agree to iCloud terms and conditions”!. I can’t open my appleid area or the iCloud area they are both greyed out. I have turned off my phone and restarted but still those options aren’t available to me -Help

OK got an a Chat with Apple Support. Here's what they told me to do - and it worked!
1 Open the Settings app, then tap Screen Time.
2 Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.
3 If Content & Privacy Restrictions is turned on, scroll down to the Allow Changes section.
4 Tap Account Changes, and set it to Allow. If asked, enter your Screen Time passcode.
I have the exact same problem. iPhone is updated to iOS 18.1.1 but iCloud name greyed out. How do I accept new terms and conditions? I logged into iCloud in a browser no problem.
That link says to update to latest iOS. But that’s what caused the problem in the first place.
