Unable to accept iCloud Terms and Conditions on my iPhone 12

I just finished the update and it requires me to “agree to iCloud terms and conditions”!. I can’t open my appleid area or the iCloud area they are both greyed out. I have turned off my phone and restarted but still those options aren’t available to me -Help

OK got an a Chat with Apple Support. Here's what they told me to do - and it worked!


1 Open the Settings app, then tap Screen Time.


2 Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. 


3 If Content & Privacy Restrictions is turned on, scroll down to the Allow Changes section.


4 Tap Account Changes, and set it to Allow. If asked, enter your Screen Time passcode.
