MacBook Air mid 2013 slow starting

MacBook Air 6.2 mid 2013 is eligible to run Big Sur but it was lagging and I had to go back to Catalina and now it runs fine though I have not put in any data.

But the startup is annoying slow.

It takes 40> seconds before the Apple loge appears.

I erased the SSD and did a clean install of Catalina and it works well but for the very slow startup.

I could not find a bootlog file and I don't know what to look for.

Attached I send the EFI volume and the overview Diskutil list.

If some one could advise me I'll be grateful
