IPad 2024 M4 frozen during iOS 18.1.1 update.
It is in a forced restart mode and freezes again after a few minutes. I was advised to use Apple Devices. I have spent four days on chat with the techs. They do not know how to solve the problem. What can I do? I feel Apple sold me a produce then disabled it with their pushed software and cannot tell me how to make it work again.
