All my notes have disappeared. Originally it was only from 2022 onwards (all old notes were still there), but then I tried several different methods to get them back and now they are all gone. I am sure they are all still in the icloud, however I cannot retrieve them from anywhere. No Recently Deleted Folder, nothing when I open icloud.com.
Is there a way of retrieving these notes? Even with a paid expert?

I am not sure which methods you have tried to restore your notes but you mentioned that you feel that the notes arae still in iCloud. Try (if you haven’t already) to re-sync your notes from iCloud.
Open the “Settings” app, tap your profile at the top, select “iCloud,” and navigate to “Notes.” Make sure the “Sync this iPhone” toggle is turned on. If the option is already on, toggle it off, wait a few moments, then turn it back on to refresh the connection.
This re-syncing process should prompt iCloud to reconnect with the Notes app, bringing back the lost notes. Depending on the amount of data, it might take a few minutes for all notes to reappear in the app.
