My phone and WiFi has been hijacked and now I cannot print anything. The hackers take over the stores saying they are investigating but they are stealing. The Fremont, Ca police are in on the theft and blocking me from reporting them.
Contact the FBI and report the Fremont, Ca police who are steeling and blocking people from reporting them.

A non-jailbroken phone cannot be hacked. If you are having problems printing, what troubleshooting steps have you taken to resolve that problem? Reboot your router, printer, and phone. Make sure they are on the same WiFi network. Change your router password if needed.
What do you mean that they have taken over the store? What store?
Why do you think the police are involved also? You need to contact the FBI or your county sheriff if you think that might help.
