Your iOS version and your device are both old enough to have issues, yes.
As for TikTok, some creators are fond of trolling their viewers.
Here is a recent example of some TikTok viewers getting trolled:
Whatever you referenced has been edited, so whatever security issue or claim you’re referring to is unknown.

You’ll have to use words to describe the content and claims of the TikTok video, and not a link to it.
That ”might get hacked” can be a work of fiction, or can be a discussion of reality.
As was linked above, Calculator app resulting in Apple Account lockout would be TikTok fiction.
TikTok videos are far from a source a factual information as has been shown in the provided link. The purpose is to get upvotes and direct people to their posts for views which is compounded by the algorithms that TikTok uses to show you those feeds. The more outrageous the claim, the more likely you are going to see that content.
Stopping the spread of false information is the solution and you will not be able to post a link here for that either. Simply ask a question in your own words and you are likely to get a factual answer, many times with links from reputable sources to back up the answer.

Have you ever heard of click bait? So, I want/need more subscribers and views, so I attack one of the world’s most popular models, iPhone.
Don’t fall for BS is the bottom line.
Also known as “trolling for profit”.
TikTok is the problem here. The iPhone was not hacked. The reasons are simple and have been provided here. Remove the blinders and don't let people attempt to take advantage of your insecurities. The only purpose is to get views and subscriptions and they are using you by having you fall for these ridiculous claims. You can also learn on TikTok that the Earth is flat, but those links won't be allowed here either.
