Flashing screen while using external monitor

I've been having some problems regarding my MacBook Air (M2, 2022, macOS Sequoia 15.0.1) while using an external monitor. The screen of the monitor and also of the MacBook flash for some reason. It's really annoying. I tried using different HDMI cables, also using a type-C type-C cable in case my HDMI adapter's broken but nothing seems to solve the problem. I also tried with different monitor and the problem is still there, so I guess that it's from my MacBook.

I really want to fix it because I work all day using my MacBook. Thank you in advance for the response.
