Airdrop not working and also Bonjour not working - related?

Hello; a couple months ago, my MacBook Pro AirDrop stopped working. I can't Airdrop a photo from my iPhone to the Mac, and viceversa. All the settings seem to be turned to "ON". The phone can airdrop to other devices fine. I literally have to message myself photos (the Apple Photos is not synced between the Mac and Phone, is my work Mac).

Also, our HP printer, is now not discoverable by BonJour; my Mac sees the Fax and Scan portions of it but not the printer. My wife's Mac and her PC can find the printer just fine. The only way I can print is by mapping it to the IP address but you lose all the configurations and the print quality is bad.

Can these be related? I don't know what else to do. I am a single Mac in a sea of PCs at work.
