iPhone 15 Pro Max Battery, Charger, or no Problem?

Charging iPhone with Apple Charger, "Battery Level" shows all green bars after a normal days use with overnight charge. Recently got a 3 in 1 wireless charger (Journey Rapid Trio), charging my iPhone, Apple Watch and air pods with a 30 watt plugged into a wall outlet, again overnight. "Battery Level" now shows red bars until I begin morning use of the phone. Bars then turn green. Otherwise all 3 items are charged and operate normally. Is there some problem here? Should I be concerned? Thank you.
