Whenever I try to buy things on my Iphone that isn’t in a browser, it always declines saying there’s something wrong with my payment method. I go into settings to add my apple cash card number and if says “Your current payment method is not valid in this store. Please enter another payment method.” But the payment method i’m adding is literally apple cash so why is it not valid.

I am not understanding what you mean by an Apple Cash Card. Do you mean a gift card (which is not a cash card)?
