Photos Assign Location
Running 15.1.1 on MacBook Pro M1. Since updating to latest MacOS I have been unable to assign location in the information menu. When I click in the Assign Location the app just bleeps.

Do you mean you do not want the Photos library default of being in your Pictures directory but some other location? If so then just move that file out of Pictures to a new location. Then when you start Photos hold down the option key and specify new location.
