Hi guys my name is aras i really need a help i had a ipad pro 2021 i think and right now I literally forgot my apple id the apple id link to my ipad and I'm just restart my ipad from iTunes right now I opened my ipad after restart and it saying loocked to owner I don't have my apple id I have nothing and I'm shocked and it's not saying like unlock with pass code I really need a help pls

You need the Apple ID and Password used to initially set up the iPad. The Passcode makes no difference as it is erased after the reset. You will need to remove the Activation Lock by following this link.

From what I have seen, you would be required to provide the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple seller. A third party receipt would not be accepted.
Sorry, but not without the Apple ID and Password that was used when it was set up. Without that or the original purchase receipt, there is no difference from that device and one that was purchased stolen, even with the box.

But the Apple ID email address is something only you would know.
