Time limits on New Mac

I have just opened up my new Mac Book Pro to find that almost all of the apps have limits on them. I have looked in the Screen Time settings but App limits are not selected. I have turned this off and on again multiple times but to no avail. I have also restarted my computer three times already.

I almost forgot. There is another form of time limits. If you aren't the owner of the computer, a parent or owner can set limits on people who use the computer.

If you aren't an administrative user, the administrator is who you want to negotiate having time for specific programs.

Time limits? Are these demonstration software you are talking about? Are they shareware that basically give you a taste of the application and expire the moment you don't pay after a certain amount of time? The dates shown in the Finder for applications are not "Time Limits". They are the date installed, date modified, or date created. The only time limits are apparent after launching most applications unless you look at the version info. Demo is another word for Demonstration.
