Q about scheduled sleep

2020 M1 MacBook Air, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, MacOS 14.7.1 (Sonoma)

Prior to moving to Sonoma my MB Air was running Monterey. I had Energy Saver set to put the MB to sleep at 10:00 PM every night.

I understand that Energy Saver was removed in Ventura, yet tonight I got the warning popup that the MB would be going to sleep. I went to Terminal and checked the status of pmset and see nothing indicating that sleep is still scheduled for 10 PM daily.

[Brian-M1-Air:~] brianrost% sudo pmset -g

System-wide power settings:

Currently in use:

standby              1

Sleep On Power Button 1

hibernatefile        /var/vm/sleepimage

powernap             1

networkoversleep     0

disksleep            0

sleep                0 (sleep prevented by backupd-helper, backupd, powerd, bluetoothd)

hibernatemode        3

ttyskeepawake        1

displaysleep         20

tcpkeepalive         1

lowpowermode         0

womp   1

Is it normal that the old Energy Saver setting made in Monterey would be retained after updating to Sonoma (I did not update to Ventura)? If so, why do I see nothing in the pmset status?
