I requested a refund & it was rejected for an app that I wasn’t even aware existed in my purchased subscriptions. I was charged over 2 months for this app! They never told me why my refund request was rejected! Can somebody help me resolve this? Appreciate it! Gina

You're not addressing Apple. From other posts on this forum, refunds are seldom granted for subscriptions. I suspect because subscriptions are "consumed" each month. Be sure to cancel your subscription: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
