NBC app stuck on logo in Apple TV

I have 4-5 Apple TVS in our home. We love the Apple TV but all of the TV's have the same problem with the NBC application. When you click on the app it goes to the NBC logo and does nothing. When you restart the APPLE TV the app starts up fine and goes to the logo then the menu like it is supposed to. This issue happens almost every day forcing a constant restart of the APPLE TV. Any suggestions for fixing this or anyone else experiencing this ?
