Apple watch series 10 - Autopause don't work

Hey all, can someone please save my sanity and help me understand how to stop any workout pausing? In the settings autopause is turned off, the watch is on correct, I have followed every step to a tee, but every few minutes it keeps pausing my workout. It's incredibly disheartening and the most frustrating experience, given this is what I bought the watch for.

Every article I have read, doesn't help and seems very common. Remove this feature given so many people have issues with it!!
