Orange dot, battery drain, and overheating on iPhone

there has been an orange dot on top of my screen for a while now it says unknown the last few days my phone has been getting very hot and battery has been draining very quickly having to charge my phone 3 times a day usually one-two but it wont fully run out the second time since i’ve noticed yesterday and been saying in messages its all stopped i may just be being paranoid but i cant help it is there a way to tell if my phone has been hacked?
