Time to run audio, running from Apple Watch Ultra, stops at 15 minutes

If I run a time to run work out from my phone and through the AirPods, there are no problems. If I download out to my Apple Watch Ultra and run it through my AirPod pros, with phone in pocket, at exactly 15 minutes the audio stops. This has happened many times despite hard resets on all three devices. Is there a setting that I am missing?
