My iphone 13pro often calls the next number on my favorites list when I end a call.

When I end a call to someone, I frequently get a call from one of my kids (on my favorites list) telling me to LOCK YOUR PHONE, DAD! The phone seems to autodial one of my favorites when I end a call. Is there a way or setting that will automatically lock my phone when i hang up so these "butt calls" will cease? [Iphone 13Pro, IOS 17.6.1 - but this has been the case for several IOS's for several months.]
