Recent updates have made Chrome incredibly difficult to use

Since the the "Move & Resize" and "Fill & Arrange" options have been added to open windows, Chrome doesn't work well anymore.

I have to try multiple times before I can actually full split screen my windows. There are too many drop downs available and it just kind of...crashes. So my first question is:

1) How can I turn off the "Move & Resize" and "Fill & Arrange" options? I want them removed from my device.

I can no longer switch sides when I have split full screens in use. I used to be able to grab one of the windows and drag it to the side so that the sides would swap. This is gone.

2) How do I get it back?
