Apple ID permanently disabled
When I upgraded to the iPhone 16 Pro- my media and purchases stopped working and I can’t download, update, or do anything on my account. Apple is saying there’s nothing I can do other than create a new ID using a different email and a different phone number. I’m not changing my phone number that one had for 25 years. They won’t give me a reason for disabling it. The guy at ATT told me my new phone was probably in recovery mode and give it a few days. It’s been almost a week. Any suggestions?? I pay for extra iCloud storage and now it’s saying I need to upgrade because I’m out of storage— but I can’t log into my Apple account. Please help 🙏🙏
