My Mac Pro is a shut down after 6 years now I have to buy a new one maybe not apple !
The screen is not functional because there’s no connection between the drive and screen !! This is supposed to be a reliable product now I wonder !

Plug in an external monitor as a work-a-round until you make your decision.
I would not repair a 2018.
