I had troubles communicating with the car (app said no internet connectivity) so I wanted to reinstall the app, but now I can’t login into the app on my iPhone, but it works fine on my iPad.
Can someone help?

Contact Tesla for help with their app and services. Apple can't help with login issues with third party services.
I understand, but why does it work on my iPad and not on my iPhone
are there settings I could verify on both devices to see what the differences are?
