RE: Mac Studio-OS 15.2, restarts on it's own its own, reporting a panic error

So far this occurred 2X while starting up as apps were loading. Once it started up while I was working on something, can't recall what it was. I've had this system for 9 months within no issues until now three month before my Apple care expires. The work I do on it is mostly retouching in Photoshop and home admin organizing reports in Apple's Numbers. Recently I started using my Word which is standalone, I refuse to go into a monthly subscription with MS for their 365 upgrade) and I notice that it reacts slowly while using git but it's never crashed. I've found a history in people report this issue with their Mac Studios but no real solutions or causations were presented. I thought I'd check with the community before contacting Apple Support.

I suspicion is that it could be my VPN. I use Nord which is kept up to date and I have to engage with it in order to be able to access my internet service or websites they deem unsafe.

A virtual private network, or VPN, is a private connection over the Internet from a device to a specific network.  VPN technology is widely used in corporate environments. If you need to be "present" on an institutional network, a VPN is a great tool for accomplishing this. it is generally issued and controlled by the institution.

Almost all other uses are a SCAM. There is generally no need for you to have a private connection to a VPN vendor's Network, except to make it easier for them to harvest your data to sell.

If VPN vendors just stopped there, it would be bad. But many of these packages also insist on scanning all your files, non-stop, -- nominally looking for viruses, but who knows for sure what data they are harvesting. Their non-stop file reading punishes your computer's performance in the process.

Some also break into your other secure connections so they can be FIRST to examine your data, often leaving your Mac MORE vulnerable to attack.
