How to update company data in Apple Business Manager so that the organization number remains the same? our company has changed and we have a new tax identification number, but we do not want to lose the devices from this account. How can I update it so that all devices are on the new company?

For change of business identity, you should contact Apple directly.

Contact Apple for support with Apple Business Manager, Apple School Manager, Apple Business Essentials, and Pro Apps - Apple Support

Since ABM is a contract between Apple and your legal business, you will need to inform Apple of the change.
