Apple Fitness+ AirPlay to Mac not working properly, screen turns black but audio continues

I have a Mac mini M2 Pro connected to an Apple Studio Display, and an iPhone 16.

Whenever I try to AirPlay to my Mac, it starts off fine but the screen turns black after a couple of seconds however, the audio continues.

Some potentially useful background:

• Both my Mac and iPhone are on the latest version
• I attempting to AirPlay to an Apple Studio Display, which is extended across two other monitors (LG and BenQ); one either side
• I have tried mirroring but get the same issue
• I can AirPlay YouTube or other content from iPhone to my Mac fine without experiencing this issue
• I can AirPlay my Apple Fitness session to my TV fine
