This question has been asked before, but now there is an answer. I started a new post as the old ones were locked. Look at your 'Apple Wallet' history in Wallet. This works on iOS and I can see multiple gift card transactions.
I hope this is useful to someone with the same question.
The OP is referring to the Apple Account “card” which can be added to Wallet on at least some accounts.

Here is a screenshot of my gift card history in iOS - I get this by going to the Wallet app and looking under Apple Account (you may need to add this feature). This shows my record of gift card redemptions. (Noting it just says 'added to balance')
Yes, I have that card in my Wallet app. I’ve added Apple Gift cards to it and funds from my checking account. There’s no history to my spending.
I suppose it could be a very recent addition and my transactions are before the launch. I wonder if it’s just like the credit cards showing transactions and then they expire in 10 to 30 days.
Unsure. Our’s only show the recent “Christmas Present” transactions from 2024.
It does provide a convenient means to monitor and replenish the Apple Account balance from any payment method in wallet …
… but I can also foresee posts along the lines of, “My Apple [Account] Card in Wallet refuses to work for purchases at 7-11”
Where exactly are you seeing Apple Wallet in the Wallet app? The Wallet app shows my credit and debit cards. Where are you seeing Apple Wallet History?
We already get those. People call it their Apple Pay card. Hence, wanting to transfer funds out of it when they discover they can’t buy gas with it.
