I have 2 new iPhone 15's with Verizon. Neither can call our lang established VOIP (Spectrum) home phone . "the number cannot be completed as dialed". Verizon is stumped. Spectrum tech & IT groups are stumped. Anyone else???

Are you including the area code? I read somewhere just some months back that it was going to become a requirement to dial a phone number by all 10 local digits. Even if that number is in the same area code as the number assigned to your phone.
