When I do a Google Search, Safari will not open the first several links

Safari 1.16.11.8. OS 15.2, When I do a Google Search, Safari will not open the first links presented. Sometimes the return message is "Access Denied" and other times I get "Safari Can't open the Page" This usually applies to the first 5 or six links and I have to work down the page to get one that works. This morning I got fed up when I wanted to find a link to where I could get a icc profile for a Canon Printer and got the Access Denied. Then I opened up FireFox did the same search and opened up the same link and was able to get to the link. This is not a new issue and it is not new to this computer, a Sudio Pro. Also a problem in my Mac Pro.

To eliminate the cacophony of ads, I selected DuckDuckGo as an alternate search engine (NOT as a different browser). The change only takes a moment, there is no download needed, and suddenly, "it's quiet" No ads in the margins, no bogus ad-links at the top of the search list.

highly recommended.

Downloading DuckDuckGo stand-alone search engine is something I do NOT recommend, as it goes crazy in its own way adding virus scanners and a VPN that NO ONE needs.
