Unable to play Apple Music on PC and MO
Although I've already subscribed Apple Music, but I can't hear specific song via Apple Music both PC and MO.
How can I solve this problem?

What does MO mean? Your screenshot appears to show an image of the iTunes Store where you might be able to get short previews of tracks, but not play them in total. Assuming the same content is available in the Apple Music catalog (not everything is) then add it to your Cloud Library in order to play it properly.
