Transfer Cycle Tracking data to amor her Apple ID

My girlfriend has been writing her Cycle tracking data in my iphone for a while, but now I bought her her own iPhone and she has her own Apple ID. Is it possible for me to trasfer that data to her? Or at least the entire health app data and she has to delete everything else except Cycle tracking data? Thanks in avance
