I just deleted the tik tok app because everyone’s started working again and was going to redownload it and it won’t show up on the Apple Store to redownload even though I have a tik tok account

About availability of TikTok and ByteDance Ltd. apps in the United States
TikTok and ByteDance Ltd. apps are no longer available in the United States, and visitors to the United States may have limited access to features.
Apple is obliged to follow the laws in the jurisdictions where it operates. Pursuant to the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act, apps developed by ByteDance Ltd. and its subsidiaries — including TikTok, CapCut, Lemon8, and others — will no longer be available for download or updates on the App Store for users in the United States starting January 19, 2025.
The following are some of the apps developed by ByteDance Ltd. and its subsidiaries that are affected:
TikTok
TikTok Studio
TikTok Shop Seller Center
CapCut
Lemon 8
Hypic
Lark - Team Collaboration
Lark - Rooms Display
Lark Rooms Controller
Gauth: AI Study Companion
MARVEL SNAP
If you live in the United States
If you already have these apps installed on your device, they will remain on your device. But they can't be redownloaded if deleted or restored if you move to a new device. In-App-Käufe und neue Abonnements sind nicht mehr möglich.
Users in the United States won't receive updates for these apps, which could potentially impact performance, security, and compatibility with future versions of iOS and iPadOS, and some app functions might become limited or stop working since the app can't receive updates.
If you're visiting the United States
ByteDance's apps remain available for download in all other countries and regions where they are available.
Users visiting from outside the United States with their Apple Account set to a country or region that is not the United States are unable to download, update or make in-app purchases and new subscriptions inside ByteDance Ltd. apps while within the land or maritime borders of the United States.
After leaving the United States, you'll have access to all functionality.
Get help with ByteDance Ltd. apps in the United States
If you already have a subscription to TikTok, CapCut, or another ByteDance Ltd. app, you can still cancel your subscription.

If you were a previous TikTok user, you would have already had the app and it would continue to work. You can also access on the web using Safari. Did you really just decide today that you would like to download TikTok? That would seem highly unlikely and is difficult to claim you are being harmed for something you did not have before and can still even access today on the web if you wish.

Correct! It is not available in the App Store or the Google Play store. Any previous download will still work and you can also access TikTok on the web using Safari. Is there some reason why you deleted it?

I deleted TikTok once I heard that it would be banned because I thought it would be it then it was announced that TikTok had been UN-banned so I went to the App Store and I couldn’t find the app to put TikTok back in the App Store for the people who deleted it since it is now unbanned

I deleted TikTok thinking it should restart for my phone but when I went back to the Apple Store the app was no longer available could you put the app back in the store for the ones who deleted to fix it ?
Same here i heared that TikTok is going to be bad so I deleted it and then it got banned I tried changing my location to France and I hade to get rid of my Apple Music and all of my funds in my account and it still didn’t work pls Bring it back to the App Store because now I have nothing left on my Apple account and I just want TikTok back

Sorry, you have made some poor decisions. Not sure if you were able to change your region back to the US, but you have now lost any playlists you had created with Apple Music. We tried warning users of the consequences of changing regions, but apparently you did not see those post. All you can do now is access TikTok on the web using Safari.

Apple cannot fix it. Congress passed a law banning TikTok, and also banning the app. The temporary 75 day reprieve did not unban the app, only the TikTok service.
I just heard a really funny suggestion to sue Apple for obeying the law🤣
The White House has signed an
executive order for Tiktok but why is it still not back on the app store
TikTok was deleted from the App Store! I updated my iPad to the current update and my TikTok app is no longer available! Also, I have items purchased on the TikTok shop and now I have no way of following up on the items!
