What country’s allow TikTok
I’m trying to Download TikTok but it has TikTok can not be downloaded
Distribution of TikTok and other ByteDance apps in the U.S. is banned by U.S. law. The ban took effect a few days ago.

I don't know what the legal situation would be in other countries. Presumably there are many where TikTok is not banned, but I can't rule out the possibility that there are some countries other than the U.S. that ban it.
