On Apple TV I can’t rewatch slow horses. I’m only giving the option to rewatch the finale. Right beside it is Ted Lasso and it offers the rewatch option immediately! Any constructive advice would be much appreciated.

In the Apple TV app, try searching for Slow Horses, outside of the Continue Watching/Up Next row.
On the main details page for the Slow Horses show, scroll down a bit to find the episode list. You can scroll horizontally in the episode list, or use the Season selector to jump to episode 1 of that season.
Alternatively, play a few seconds from a different device, if that works better, or on the web. That should update the watch progress for Continue Watching/Up Next, so that you can continue easily on your favorite device.
