Turn off any VPN, make sure that your regional settings and clock are set correctly. You can try holding down option+cmd as you launch Music, which opens it in its safe mode and may sometimes perform useful housekeeping. If it still fails you might try deleting the Genius file within the Music Library.musiclibrary package (right-click > Show Package Contents) while Music is closed, which should see it rebuilt automatically when you launch Music again. If there are multiple hidden .tmp files (use Command+Shift+. to reveal) then they should be deleted too.

Hey, thank you for replying. I don't believe I have a VPN. I checked out/tried all the options you gave me and they seemed fine/didn't work. About deleting the Genius file within the Music Library.musiclibrary package, I don't believe I know where to find that. Sorry for the hassle. I looked through all of my finder with hidden files in view too..
