Unable to change time zone on MacBook Air in Moscow

I can't change a time in my MacBook. Ill buy it in America but use in Moscow, SO when ill try to change a time to Moscow time I cant. I set the region Russia and turn on a location to determine a location. my location is determined a right but not time. PLS help me. THNX

Can't fix to correct time location on MacBook Air I tried setting> General> Date & Time> closest city, trying to change it to Jerusalem-Israel, instead it is set to Hebron- Palestine, where the time is technically wrong(1 hour late). I'd appreciate the support to fix this. Thanks.

How to set the time zone? I took a trip and the MacBook shows the wrong time. How do I change it? If I click the date-time in upper right corner the widgets come out, it doesn't have time options like it used to. I went to Date and Time preferences but there is no setting for the time zone like it used to have. Even the Closest City menu only shows locations in the wrong time zone. I tried "Automatically" and "using current location" but it doesn't do anything. All I want to do is change my time zone from Pacific to Mountain.

After changing the time Zone ,please ensure to restart the MacBook and hope it will solve the issue ,

If doesn't changed take check for the software updates if any .
