Recovering missing photos after iPhone reset and iCloud backup

I was transferring data from one iPhone to another, and even though I purchased additional space in iCloud and made a backup, most of the photos and videos did not transfer. Unfortunately, I am unable to transfer them in another way because I have already reset my phone. Therefore, I would like to ask if there is any other way I can recover these photos?

How can I restore iPhone photos using an old iCloud backup? I deleted some photos from phone, also from recently deleted. They obviously are not on ICloud now(before they were there because I had enough space). Is there any posibility to restore those photos? If I reset the phone from factory I can use an ICloud back up and find them there? Even if that is not the last back-up, I can choose a previous one that I am sure that contain the photos? How can I recover iPhone deleted photos? My photos have been deleted when I synced to new iPhone from my previous iPhone. It looks like it has been deleted from iCloud too. Is there any way that I can recover the photos? I saw I am be able to recover if it’s happed within 30days. It just happed yesterday. I had 8000 photos and lost almost 6000 photos randomly.
